Prioritization of War Services
- Priority is given based on the number of tickets purchased, ticket availability, and the order in which registrations are submitted to us.
Refund Policy
- A full refund (100%), including the down payment, is given if we are unsuccessful in obtaining tickets or if the buyer has obtained their own tickets, provided that they immediately confirm according to the format specified in this group.
Order & Payment Procedure
- Our team will send you a Virtual Account (VA) Number in this group with the format: Full Name – VA Number.
- Priority payment using VA BCA. If you do not have VA BCA, it will be adjusted to the available methods. If other methods are not available, payment will be transferred to PERMATA Bank Transfer, with an inter-bank transfer fee of Rp6,500.
- Transfers must be made in REALTIME (not BI FAST).
- We can also assist payment using VA BCA with the condition of full payment (ticket price + service fee) H-1 before war ticket.
- Thepayment deadline is usually only 5-15 minutes, please standby during the war ticket period.
Cancellation & Penalty Policy
- If the Tiketepro team succeeds in obtaining tickets, but the booking is canceled due to the buyer’s fault without confirmation of having obtained the tickets themselves, a charge of 100% of the service fee will be charged.
- If the buyer has obtained their own ticket but our team sends the VA Number first, then they will still be charged 100% of the service fee.
Confirmation Format if you already got the ticket
- Confirmation is sent through this group with the following format:
Full Name – Number of Tickets – Ticket Source
Example:
✅ If tickets are obtained through Team Epro:
John Doe – 2 Tickets – Team Epro
✅ If the tickets are self-acquired:
John Doe – 2 Tickets – Own
Repayment
- Repayment must be made no later than H-1 before the ticket war date.
